❤️🤍📣 THAT'S A WRAP ON URBANA CHEER CAMP 2026! 📣🤍❤️
What an unforgettable three days.
As coaches, we couldn't be more proud of this team. Yes, we saw incredible growth in skills—stronger motions, sharper jumps, better stunts, cleaner routines, and athletes stepping outside of their comfort zones. But the greatest growth we witnessed wasn't just in cheerleading...
It was in our teammates.
We watched athletes encourage one another without being asked. We saw girls who started camp quiet and unsure of themselves leave with smiles, confidence, and a belief that they belong. We watched friendships grow, leaders emerge, and a team begin to truly come together.
There were moments throughout camp that absolutely filled our hearts—seeing athletes accomplish skills they never thought they could, hearing teammates cheer louder for each other than for themselves, and watching confidence shine in girls who may not have realized just how capable they are. Those are the moments that remind us why we coach.
A HUGE shoutout goes to our incredible camp instructors from Queen B Cheerleading & Choreography —Kally Kay, Avery, London, and Naomi. Thank you for pouring your hearts into our athletes, challenging them, encouraging them, and believing in them every step of the way.
And to Brooke Wojcik - thank you for assembling such an amazing staff. Their passion, positivity, and commitment to these athletes were evident in everything they did. They didn't just teach skills; they helped change the culture of Urbana Cheer. We are beyond grateful for the impact you've all made, and we can't wait to continue building on the foundation you helped create.
To our cheerleaders: Thank you for trusting us, working hard, embracing challenges, and choosing to grow. Continue believing in yourselves the way we believe in you, because this is only the beginning.
Thank you to our amazing parents for your support, our volunteers for helping make camp such a success, and everyone who poured into these athletes over the past three days.
This camp wasn't just about preparing for a season—it was about building a family.
The future of Urbana Cheer is bright, and we are so excited to see where this team goes from here.
