A word from the driver himself…

Probably going to pull the plug on the 26 season as I have a lot going on right now and don’t want anything to happen to the car at this point. We didn’t get the win were going for but showed some pretty decent speed almost every night out. I have to give a huge thank you to all of my friends and family that helps all year long. It’s definitely not just me and I would not be able to do it without everyone’s help and support. Also want to give a huge special thank you to Casey Humbert. He was definitely my main hand in helping on the car all year long as well as taking on the big task of running the Austin O’Donnell Racing page posting all the content and recording all the races that so many others have appreciated as well. As of now we feel like we learned a lot with this new car and are going to do some updates and maintenance and hope to come out strong to start next season.

Well I guess that’s a wrap on the 2026 race season at CJ Speedway. We aren’t quite sure what the schedule looks like for the fall specials but we will keep you all posted.

34 Raceway Results

2nd to 8th in the Heat
14th to DNF in the Feature

Apparently the gremlin decided to come back out and play with the 56o last night. Fought a ill handing car in the heat race and couldn’t find traction.

Made some changes for the feature and car was better before 3/4 of the flywheel decided it had enough and went in pieces with 2 to go causing some damage to the x brace under the car, destroyed the starter and battery lead, and broke the ear off the transmission. The crew is already in the shop tearing everything apart and assessing the damage. We’ll get it fixed up, on the scales and hopefully be ready for season championship at CJ Speedway Friday.
