We are very excited to officially announce joining the Performance Institute and offering TPI physical screens and golf fitness programs to improve mobility, core stability or any weaknesses that are effecting your body-swing connection. It is our top priority to continue raising the bar at Peak Performance Training Academy aligning ourselves with the best teachers, coaches, teams and organizations in every sport and training system we deliver.

Not only do we cruerate training systems for fitness and wellness initiatives; we work closely with executive and leadership teams to deliver interactive workshops, corporate wellness intensives, providing ergonomic assessments, education on higher performance routines for professionals and incorporate wellness implementation action plans to build a culture around employee wellness and productivity.

At Peak Performance Training Academy we develop custom wellness programs designed to improve employee health, productivity, energy and longevity for companies seeking ongoing performance optimization. Combining fitness and education, practical implementation strategies, nutrition education and lifestyle coaching our goal is to empower teams to take ownership in their health habits, enhance focus, workplace productivity, stress management and lower long term healthcare costs and burnout.

We have loved working hard with the faculty and staff of Howard Community College this past year and look forward to continue being an integral part of Dragon Country.
