Restorative Yoga Tribe Yoga & Wellness on Sunday and Wednesday nights at 7pm.
Could be the best 2 hours of your week if you plan it right! 😘❤️

Because touching your toes has ZERO impact on whether or not you attend a yoga class.
(And had barely anything to do with being flexible either 🙄)

Sunrise Club meets on Mondays & Wednesdays at 6am. ☀️
And we have Vinyasa 2 on Saturday mornings at 9:30am.

You don’t have to be a morning person- you just have to show up for yourself. ❤️
