If you're looking for a fencing activity that’s actually unique this year, we’re bringing fencing back to the Highlands Ranch Recreation Center. Fencing classes are open to any residents of Highlands Ranch, Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, and beyond.
Whether your kid has watched it in the Olympics and wanted to try it, or they just need a great way to build focus and burn off some energy, these classes are a perfect fit.
The details:
Total Beginners Welcome: The instruction adapts to whatever level your kid is at. Classes are focused around kids ages 8-14 years old.
The Daily Setup: 1.5 hours of active fencing practice mixed with other fun games so they don't get burnt out.
Zero Gear Needed: We provide all the safety gear and fencing equipment. Just drop them off in regular athletic clothes.
We keep the groups small so everyone gets actual one-on-one coaching and stays safe.
Has your kid ever tried fencing before, or would they be a total beginner? Let us know in the comments!
Spots usually fill up fast, so check the schedules and grab a spot right here: https://hrcaonline.org/Activities/Sports
