Most women have the fear of lifting weights because they don’t want to get “bulky”… most women come to me saying they just want to “tone”..

To be “toned” you have to have muscle. Period. Like I tell all of my new clients, once you shed most of your body fat you’ll be surprised how much MORE muscle you need to have the desired “toned” look.

To some my physique is considered “bulky” which is fine. What most people don’t understand is how much time, consistency, and dedication it takes to build muscle. It has taken me YEARS to build my physique and I’m still working everyday.

Moral of the story: Cardio is a tool, not the answer. Lift weights, eat right, and do cardio as needed. 💪🏼
