-Played on an international softball team in high school my junior year with all college players out of Philadelphia and was one of the pitchers for the USA team

-Varsity softball pitcher for my HS Cumberland Valley High School

-Played at West Chester University

-Pitching coach and sport psychology coach/mental toughness coach at my high school alma mater Cumberland Valley from 2009 to 2017.

-Did an internship with Brian Cain to help him edit and create, “So What, Next Pitch” in 2013.

-Certified Mental Performance Mastery coach from Brian Cain in 2019.
