3 Light 160 wins in a row at MMRA for Vivianne. We need to be able take the confidence that she has at her home track with us when we hit the road for bigger races, but one day it will click.

She had to really earn this one. She was passed early by a couple of cars and worked her way back to the lead before getting spun. She then worked her way back to the front passing for the lead with about 5 to go before checking out in her BRE powered Xwing.

What a day at our local MMRA race! These girls came ready to RACE!

🥈 ALYSSA — DOUBLE PODIUM! 🥈
Alyssa brought home 2nd place in Sr. Animal and followed it up with another 2nd in the stacked Sr. Honda class!

And that Sr. Honda race was a SHOW! 🔥 Alyssa spent a big part of the feature OUT FRONT, leading lap after lap and battling hard in one of the most competitive classes of the day. She came up just short of the win, but what a drive! 👏

🏆 VIVIANNE — VICTORY LANE! 🏆
Sr. Honda was a tough one for Vivianne, with a challenging race ending in an 11th-place finish.

But racers bounce back — and she did it in a BIG way! 💥

Vivianne came back swinging in 160 Combined / Light 160 and DROVE IT TO THE WIN! 🏁🥇🔥

Two runner-up finishes. One WIN. Three podium results.

Not a bad way to spend a race day! 😎🏁

Proud of the fight, determination, and speed both girls showed today. Now we keep digging and go after the next one!

Our nationals run is done. Both girls transferred up in their mains. Alyssa from F to E to D where she finished 6th. Vivianne made it up to the D in Light 160 but we broke. Tough mechanical day, but way better than we did at the national we ran last year.

Vivianne has her work cut out for her. Her heat race is full of national top 10 drivers.

Alyssa’s car broke before start. Ran it with the engine hub slipping. Now she is going to have to work her way up through the soup.

Alyssa is heat race 5, coming up next. 4 going on track now. Vivianne is race 32.

Today we got our pit area set up, did some work on the cars and the girls had a the chance to meet Carson Hocevar. Cool of him to swing through and spend some time with the kids at his home track during his off week.

We are loaded up and ready to head over to Little Kalamazoo Speedway Quarter Midget Club tomorrow. We load in tomorrow, and get things rolling Friday morning. We'll post our heat race information on this page once it is posted. Heats and lower mains stream live on YouTube. A-Mains are on Flo Racing. Alyssa is running Sr. Honda and Vivianne is running Lt. 160. Good luck to all of our friends chasing a championship at the fastest QM track in the country!

Here is the schedule for next week as Alyssa and Vivianne run the NASCAR Youth Series National. Alyssa will be running Senior Honda and Vivianne will be running in the Light 160 class. All heats and lower mains air on YouTube Live, and the A-Mains are broadcast on Flo.

🏁 Sunday MMRA Race Day… capping off the double header weekend.

🏎️ Alyssa
• Senior Honda: Charged from 6th to 2nd in her heat race, then started 3rd in the extended A-Main special feature. She ran in 2nd place for much of the race, but as the long green-flag run wore on in the 50 lap extended feature, she slipped back to finish 4th in a very tough field . Getting a lot of compliments on the speed she has had lately.
• Senior Animal: Battled hard all race to bring home a 5th-place finish.

🏎️ Vivianne
• Senior Honda: Started the night as the X Car for the A-Main, meaning she’d only make the feature if someone couldn’t complete the opening lap. After a first-lap incident brought her into the race, she took advantage of the opportunity and drove to an 8th-place finish.
• Light 160: It was a perfect way to cap off the day! Vivianne won her heat race and followed it up by taking the feature win! 🏆 🏁

This was probably our most successful weekend at the track with 2 wins in Lt 160 and a podium in what I feel is one of the strongest sr Honda fields you will find at a local club race.
