Healthy habits start young!
This weekend, I had the opportunity to represent Focus2BFit (while also supporting Alpha Kappa Alpha, Incorporated through my chapter Sigma Omega Chapter 🩷💚) at the Black Family Reunion in Cincinnati to talk to our young people about something I’m truly passionate about: NUTRITION! 🥦🍓💪🏾
When we teach our kids how to take care of their bodies, we give them tools they can carry into adulthood.
This is exactly why I do what I do with Focus2BFit. I’m not just helping women lose weight/reclaim@ their health, I’m helping families build healthier habits that can last for generations.
