We had to take advantage of the chance to coordinate a visit for Lucas at his K-8th grade school's auditorium. The bond we've built with this FXW community since our first Joy in the Journey Basketball Camp has been incredible. When Lucas lived his 8th-grade yearbook "Dream Job" dream this season, organizing this Assembly Day was a no-brainer. The excitement of the kids and the emotional reactions of Lucas' teachers made it unforgettable.

When a hometown pro and his trainer give back, the impact goes beyond the court. With and , we built a camp for athletes to grow and a Community Hour where families could connect. That’s —basketball rooted in community.

We teamed up with and to host a community breakfast filled with familiar faces, conversation, and connection that carried the same energy we’ve felt all summer.
