EP01: Mastering The Egg
Over Easy Eggs 🍳
Probably the first way we all tried to cook an egg and realized it didn’t turn out the way we wanted
So I tried perfecting it and here’s what I learned👇🏻
1. Use a non stick pan with generous amounts of oil of your choice (I prefer avocado)
2. Preheat the pan to medium LOW so the egg doesn’t crisp too much on one side and overcook the yolk
3. After around 2 mins, you should notice bottom of the egg whites cooked while the top layer is more clear which is your sign to flip (bubbles mean lower heat)
4. Flip and turn off the heat while the other side cooks for 10-20 seconds to keep the yolk still runny
Nowhere near an egg master yet but hope this helps make your egg taste better next time
Take the leap of faith and bet on yourself even if you have to start all over again
Only regret is not buying more eggs but the fairlife alternative was definitely worth it 🤝🏻
