Summer is a great time to get doctor appointments and forms out of the way. All students need physicals, but athletes also need a current sports pre-participation form signed by their physician in order to play.

Pro tip: If they don't have an appointment at the time you want, call the day of to see if there have been any cancellations!

CPS Health Forms Find commonly used health forms for parents and caregivers, that may be required for students in Chicago Public Schools, including dental, vision, and the OSHW Student Health Forms Booklet.

Lane Tech Varsity team members showed up for the Lake Forest Mega Camp today with 400 other athletes. Camps are a great way to get extra reps, and exposure to different coaches...not to mention college campuses!

Lane Tech is getting a new track this summer, which will affect practice locations and times. As always, players will have the most current information through the coaching team, but we wanted to share what we know about Freshman Camp and summer practice.

NOTE: Dead week / no practice the week of June 29 - July 3.
