Proud Father Alert! While you were sleeping I woke up 15 yr old Mount Carmel Sophmore Timothy Harrison and rushed him to the gym to get a quick workout before practice and milestone was accomplished! After several unassisted missed attempts of a 400lbs it finally happened this morning around 6am. Timothy is officially in the 400lbs Club on the Bench! Brick by Brick since the age of 6 yrs old starting with 100 pushups daily till this day he did the unthinkable. Now let's put this power to work on the Football Field and Wrestling Mat!
