Day 22 of : Expand, don't shrink. 🪐
Fitness is not about trying to shrink yourself down to occupy as little physical space as humanly possible.
Fitness is about expanding your capabilities. It's about finding out how much weight you can lift, how far you can run, how deep you can squat, and how resilient you can become.

Day 21 of : Flipping the script on habits. 🔓
Healthy habits are not a prison sentence. They are not designed to restrict you or ruin your social life.
Preparing your food, lifting weights, and drinking your water actually creates massive long-term freedom. Freedom from chronic pain, freedom from low energy, and the freedom to confidently say "yes" to life's adventures.

Day 20 of : One thing I wish I knew sooner... ⏳
Every single decade teaches you something profoundly valuable. But this current one? It taught me that real strength is earned daily—and it has absolutely nothing to do with youth.
In my younger years, I thought aging naturally meant deteriorating. Now I know that strength, vitality, and health are things you get to actively claim and fight for every day with the choices you make.

Stay firmly in your own lane. Your only real competition is the version of you that woke up yesterday morning.

Day 18 of : Exercise shouldn't be a punishment. 🛑
Your workouts do not have to leave you thoroughly broken, exhausted, or crying to be considered effective.
Exercise is a celebration of what your body is capable of doing, not a punishment for what you ate over the weekend. Find movement that challenges you but still leaves you feeling capable, energized, and strong.

You can be tired, and you can still go take a 15-minute walk.
You don't have to feel energized and bursting with motivation to make a healthy choice. Often, the action itself is exactly what generates the energy you were waiting for.
Movement breeds motivation...not the other way around.
