For the past 6 years, our players have these pillars ingrained within their overall understanding of the game. Our goal is to develop players IQ to the highest level. Above these pillars there’s layers of details playing principles and a clear methodology. The style of play is for the players to execute.

Our style of play is built around these five pillars, but they’re only one part of the process. Every session is designed with clear objectives, and every objective is connected to a set of principles that challenge our players to think, solve problems, communicate, compete, and be creative.

We want players to be brave enough to express themselves, calm enough to make good decisions under pressure, and relentless enough to hunt the ball back together. We believe football is one of the greatest teachers of character, and the habits built on the field often carry into everyday life.

This is how we create our environment. This is the standard we challenge ourselves to live every day.

Jay has spent time with us in Spain in for years and just recently impressed throughout the MIC Cup, where his performances caught the attention of the technical staff at CD Numancia, who have now offered him the opportunity to continue his development in one of Spain’s top football environments.

After six years of development with DD8 Academy, we’re proud to announce that Jayden Kreger will be heading to CD Numancia in Spain for the upcoming season.

Jayden’s performances at the MIC Cup caught the attention of the technical staff at CD Numancia, who have now offered him the opportunity to continue his development in one of Spain’s top football environments.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone at CD Numancia for believing in Jayden and for the continued trust in our partnership. Opportunities like these are exactly what our relationship is built on creating real pathways for players to experience Spanish football and continue their growth.

Six years of trusting and believing in the process have led to this moment. Thanks to the Kreger family for the support and helping Jayden get to where he is today. Now it’s time for the next chapter.

These boys started this journey together five years ago, and it has been unique and special in many ways. It took us to Spain, France, and all over the U.S. with a clear vision, putting player development at the core from day one. So much success, lessons learned, and experiences we will always remember.

State Cups, league titles, top U.S. tournaments, a Top 8 finish at the MIC Cup in Spain, and now UPSL Playoff Champions at a younger age. Every achievement came from staying committed to the process, truly trusting and living through it as we showed the process for what it is, not just using words for the sake of it.

With so many flaws in the system, whether there’s a badge on the sleeve or not, a player pathway can still exist, and players flourish in the right environment. This group proved that. Built an environment that allows them to play with confidence, express themselves, believe in who they are, and enjoy the game.

All the meetings, training, video analysis, periodization plans, a clear style of play, player evaluations, overseas trips, and parent involvement have led to something we’re incredibly proud of.

Nine players have committed to college soccer. Two are heading to pro academies in Spain.
Four committed to MLSnext/USL academies, with another year of eligibility ahead. One player is already in a pro environment and received an international call-up. Another has opportunities pending in Europe. As coaches, we’ve invested five years into developing these young men.

None of this was possible without the players fully committing to the vision, playing principles, culture, and development process year after year. That commitment speaks volumes about their character and their families.

To every player, parent, coach, and everyone who crossed paths with this special group, THANK YOU. You are role models for future players. This group will always hold a special place in our hearts. Congratulations, boys. The fruits of your own labor.
