Invention Intention 3rd Dimension

this page were produced by our students. They are just examples of the potential of 3D printing. We will engage and accept organizational members such as schools and non profit organizations. The students of those organizations will learn how to assemble a 3D printer which the organization will then inherit. This will allow them to create their own STEM programming and enhance advanced learning. Students will practice their design skills by developing and printing recognition awards and trophies for their respective schools. Through community outreach we will focus our energy on, at risk youth16 years and older. Members of the lab will learn and apply practical skills in design, advanced manufacturing and entrepreneurship. Members will learn how to proto-type their own ideas, as well as, support the local manufacturing base in and around Chicago. Our students will go through a training and qualification process in order to incubate viable 3D printing businesses. Our participants are currently learning on low end Makerbot 3D printers. In order to produce higher quality products, we need multi-material printers. We are attempting to raise $40K from supporters like you, who believe in our goal and the power of this evolving technology.
