We are pleased to introduce to your audience our innovation in next generation fitness called iMAPfitness. Here at Fort Providence Fitness we have coined the phrase “next generation” because we want to introduce the concept of living a healthier lifestyle so that it is automatically passed down to the next generation

We have a better solution. Many of us can not afford a personal trainer. But, most of us need someone to hold our hand literally EVERY INCH OF THE WAY. We have found a way to do that. With all of the technological gains over the years and the increased use of the internet, we, here at Fort Providence, have put together a comprehensive, internet driven program available for use on everything from your personal computer and tablet to your smart phone or palm for easy access at home work or wherever. Unlike one of those made for TV programs, we have live trainers and consultants available 24/7 as everyone’s fitness time frames are different. No longer do you need to travel a great distance to your “open 24 hours” fitness club. With the help of the fitness industry, as a whole, including doctors, nutritionists, personal trainers and scientists, we have with the use of the internet, come up with a solution that fits the needs of nearly every man, woman and child. Built into the system is a daily diary of which you are expected to keep track of your progress. Don’t lie to your diary because your scale will tell us the truth. By keeping an accurate journal, you earn incentive points. These points can be used to acquire anything from free products and services to cash. We have gone so far as to include everything that you need. Some of you do not have smart phones or computers. We have even included a certificate that allows you to acquire a 7” tablet. This alone is a $149 value. We can’t provide actual internet service but most cities are WI-FI accessible everywhere. Last, but not least, we have included all 15 pieces of the equipment that you will need from now until you meet your goal. Continue the program, and we will send to you the necessary additional equipment needed to maintain or exceed your goals with no additional financial obligation.* Well, have provided for your perusal a library of over 1000 exercise videos for every part of your body. These videos provide you with the proper techniques needed to receive optimum results. By now you are asking, “What do I do with the equipment once I get it?” We have provided for you, over 1000 exercise videos that work every part of your body. Earlier, I mentioned that our program involves you socially and spiritually. Fort Providence has included a platform for social networking as well as a blog.
