Protect the arm. Add the velocity. ⚾️ Our Throwing and Arm Care Camp runs Tuesday nights, 6:00 to 8:00 PM, on the varsity baseball field at Oswego High School. Dynamic stretch routine, arm care, long toss program, Jaeger Sports band workout, baseline velocity with tracking, circuit training, and thrash sessions with tracking. Led by Craig "Sarge" Dixon, certified Jaeger Sports instructor, 20-plus years coaching, U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and a coach who has trained athletes at MLB development centers in China. $150, plus $30 if you need a J-Band. 💪
