3-4 months in and rope flow is in my arsenal for life.⁣ πŸŒ€

Full body integration. spine, shoulders, hips, ankles, everything moves together. nothing is isolated.⁣
⁣
Left/right brain sequencing puts you in a flow state unlike any other tool i’ve used. It’s like a massage for your brain.⁣
⁣
Very rewarding.You can get better fast without beating up your body. thousands of reps, lots of practice, no wear and tear on your joints.⁣
⁣
If you’ve done it, you already know. if you haven’t, i highly recommend getting into rope flow. ⁣
