🎉🥎 HAPPY 11TH BIRTHDAY to our own #8, Olivia "O-Bow" Bowman! 🥎🎉
What a year it has been for O-Bow!
At just 10 years old, Olivia took on the challenge of playing up at the 12U level and never looked back. Unfortunately, in our very first tournament of the fall, disaster struck. O-Bow suffered a devastating broken ankle that required surgery and screws, ending what looked to be a promising fall season before it had really begun.
Most players would have been content just getting healthy. Not O-Bow.
Through incredible toughness, resilience, determination, and an unwavering desire to get back on the field with her teammates, Olivia worked relentlessly through her recovery. Somehow, she was back in the lineup for our very first indoor tournament in January.
And did she ever make an entrance.
O-Bow hit an unbelievable 1.000 for the tournament, setting the tone at the top of our lineup and helping lead Havok 2032 to our first tournament championship. It was a comeback none of us will ever forget.
Since then, Olivia has continued to establish herself as one of the premier young hitters around. As our leadoff hitter and standout shortstop, she brings confidence, consistency, and an infectious energy every time she steps between the lines.
But as impressive as her talent is, it's her character that makes her truly special. O-Bow is the definition of a great teammate—humble, hardworking, coachable, positive, and always willing to put the team first. She lifts those around her, competes the right way, and represents everything Havok is about both on and off the field.
We couldn't be prouder to have you wearing the Havok purple!!!
Happy 11th Birthday, O-Bow! We can't wait to watch what Year 11 has in store. If Year 10 taught us anything, it's that there isn't much that can keep you down. Here's to another year of big hits, spectacular plays, and making even more memories with your Havok family.
