last minute impulsive decision to book an Ebony Fit Weekend 🔋 class + a little stay in dc.

second year attending ebony fit and my first time taking a class with RAE🖤 | Strength & Flexibility Specialist + Britt Dupree Daniels | Wellness Architect and Consultant

🧘🏾‍♀️very thorough, very fun, and the weather could not have been better for it. definitely the right way to start my saturday!

i know a lot of women who are really good at handling business, taking care of everybody, staying on top of work, and keeping life moving. but somehow doing something fun for ourselves always needs a reason, a plan, or three weeks notice.

i’m personally trying to get better at that✨

the pockets alone already had me sold, but the fit actually did what it needed to do too 🤌🏾

they’re stretchy without feeling flimsy, supportive without being uncomfortable, and the seamless fit gives everything a nice shape without me constantly pulling my leggings back into place mid-workout.

these are the pocket leggings from BRXL. if you want to try them, use DAIJA15 for 15% off orders over $40 🤎

you don’t need more time. you need a plan that actually fits the time you have.

if you only have 3 days a week to train, that can still be enough to make progress when your workouts are intentional, realistic, and built around your actual life.

that’s a big part of how i coach. we’re not trying to build a routine you can survive for 2 weeks. we’re building one you can actually stay consistent with.

if you’re tired of guessing what your workouts and nutrition should look like, book a complimentary consultation through the link in my bio and let’s figure out the best plan for you.

one thing years of training has taught me is that the best routine isn’t necessarily the one that gets results the fastest… it’s the one that can still be executed when work gets busy, you have dinner plans, energy is low, and life isn’t perfectly organized.

lately has been a lot of building, learning, working, training and still making room to actually enjoy my life. and the busier life gets, the less appealing complicated fitness routines become.

what looks like “balance” is usually just structure. knowing how many days you actually need to train, what deserves your attention when you’re there, how to eat without needing every meal to be perfect, and what your minimums are during a busy week.

fitness shouldn’t require 6 days in the gym, your entire sunday dedicated to meal prep, or starting over every time your schedule changes. there should be enough structure to create results without making taking care of yourself another full-time job.

🤍that’s a big part of what the build method has evolved into. helping women figure out what actually needs to happen consistently for their goals, then building those things around the life they already have.

because the goal was never to make life revolve around fitness. the goal is to build a routine strong enough to fit into it.

if your routine only works when life is perfectly organized, it may be time for a different approach. 👉🏾consultations are open at the link in my bio.

your body isn’t counting how many days you showed up to the gym. it’s responding to the training stimulus you gave it.

if those 3 workouts are challenging enough, progressively getting harder over time, and you’re recovering well between them, you’ve given your body a reason to adapt.

that’s why i’d rather program 3 intentional strength days that fit your actual life than 5–6 days you’re constantly missing, rushing through, or recovering poorly from.

more days ≠ automatically more results.

want a strategy built around your schedule + goals? book your consultation through the link in my bio✨

i actually think a lot of women would see better results if they stopped building their fitness routine around their most motivated week.

3 intentional workouts might not sound impressive on paper, but i care more about what you can repeat for 12 weeks than what you can survive for 2.

your body responds to what you consistently give it, not how packed your workout calendar looks.

if you’re ready for a more strategic approach, book your consultation through the link in my bio.
