USA’s 250th well spent!!! Happy 4th from our family to yours!

06/21/2026

First Father’s Day as a dad of two.

This year has been one of the hardest and most rewarding years of my life.

I’ve wrestled with trying to build my business while making sure these precious moments don’t pass me by. I’ve worried about providing for my family, questioned whether I’m doing enough, and carried the weight that so many dads carry quietly.

But these two are the reason I keep going.

I want to be the dad who provides, but also the dad who never misses a moment.

The dad who gets on the floor to play even when he’s exhausted.

The dad who shows up.

The dad who chases hard things.

The dad who points his children to Jesus.

So dads, this one’s for you—because you don’t hear it enough:

You’re doing an amazing job!

Keep being their light.
Keep leading them to Jesus.
Keep playing tag.
Keep reading the bedtime stories.
Keep showing up.

They’re not going to remember how stressed you were.

They’re going to remember that Dad was there.

Happy Father’s Day.

June Check-In: 2 Months Into HYROX Training

Yes, I know what everyone is thinking: how did you only lose TWO pounds in two months??!!

Here’s what actually happened:

✅ Down 6.3 lbs of body fat
✅ Up 3.8 lbs of muscle
✅ Stronger than I’ve ever been

Current 10 Rep Maxes:

🏋️ Deadlift: 350 lbs
🏋️ Back Squat: 315 lbs
🏋️ Bench Press: 250 lbs
🏋️ Standing Overhead Press: 155 lbs

The first two months weren’t about losing as much weight as possible.

They were about building a the foundation:

More muscle.
More strength.
Better work capacity.

Now the focus shifts to building the engine.

With HYROX five months away, the next phase will prioritize running, conditioning, and body-fat loss while maintaining the strength I’ve built.

The goal isn’t just to weigh less.

The goal is to become stronger, faster, healthier, and set an example my boys can be proud of.

Let’s get to work. 💪

Over the last month, I focused on increasing strength, building muscle, and improving overall work capacity. PRs were hit, lessons were learned, and the work got done even when motivation wasn’t always there.

Building a strong foundation and focusing on strength first is how I train my clients, too. More muscle means a higher metabolism, better performance, and more opportunities to succeed in the next phase of training.

Now the focus shifts.

With HYROX five months away, June begins the transition into more running, conditioning, and race-specific training while maintaining the strength I’ve built.

The goal isn’t just to lose weight.

The goal is to become stronger, faster, healthier, and the dad my boys can be proud of someday.

Let’s get to work. 💪

1 month check-in.

Scale?
240.1 → 242.7 lbs

Most people would panic.

But here’s what actually happened…

Body fat:
30.3% → 29.2% ⬇️

Lean mass:
157.1 → 159.4 lbs ⬆️

➡️ Lost fat
➡️ Gained muscle
➡️ Got stronger

This is what real progress looks like.

No crash dieting.
No starving.
No killing myself with cardio.

Just structure, consistency, and lifting with intent.

And yeah… I’m showing this because most coaches won’t.

Because this doesn’t sell as easily as “lose 10 lbs in 30 days.”

But THIS is how you actually change your body.

If you’re only chasing the scale, you’re missing the bigger picture.

Build muscle.
Drop fat.
Play the long game.

That’s how you win.

If you want help doing this the right way, comment “RESET” or shoot me a message.

FOOD NOISE

The issue isn’t whether “food noise” is real.
It’s how it’s being used.

If the goal is to silence appetite…
we skip learning how to actually manage it.

And that’s where people stay stuck.

I’m here to teach the skill.
Not replace it.

Agree or disagree?

“Food noise” is the new buzzword…

But for most people, it’s not a condition.

It’s:
– low protein
– unstable blood sugar
– no structure

Of course you’re thinking about food all day…
your body is trying to get what it actually needs.

Fix the root problem → the “noise” goes away.

Most people don’t need another quick fix.
They need a better system.

Comment “STRUCTURE” and I’ll show you where to start.
