🏁 Cookout Summer Shootout – Round 10 (Final Round) Recap 🏁

What a way to close out the Summer Shootout!
Ryder struggled in qualifying this round. We’re still not sure if it was the car or last-round jitters, but he was noticeably slower than he had been in practice the day before. That put us in the B-Main.

After a long talk with his teammates, coach, and Dad, Ryder was locked in and ready to show where he belonged.

Starting from the #1 position, he led every single lap of the B-Main. He fended off several pass attempts and brought home the checkered flag —our first win — and how special that it happened right here at Charlotte Motor Speedway!

So proud of the determination he showed and the way he overcame the obstacles in front of him. That’s the kind of fight we love to see.

🏁 Race Recap: Dominion Raceway – Boogie at the Raceway 🏁

What a great night for the RXR Bandolero!

Ryder looked fast and felt fast all night long. He put together a strong race and brought home a solid 2nd place finish against a really good group of drivers — many of them racing on their home track.

Even better, every single driver was welcoming and came over to congratulate Ryder on a job well done. That kind of sportsmanship means a lot.

Big thank you to Neal Cantor for providing a great race car and Penelope Ki Racing for all the advice!

🏁 Practice Day at Dominion Raceway – Boogie at the Raceway 🏁

The #11 is fixed up and back on track! Thank you Neal Cantor for always giving us the best!

We headed up to Dominion Raceway today for practice at their Boogie at the Raceway event. Ryder put down some really good practice laps and looked strong.

While we were there we got some solid advice from our teammate Penelope Ki Racing and got to cheer her on. It’s always great to support the team and get that support right back — that’s what this racing family is all about.

🏁 Cookout Summer Shootout – Round 9 Recap at Lowe’s Motor Speedway 🏁

Tough luck in Round 9 for the RXR Bandolero, but a lot of good signs from Ryder.

Qualifying was chaotic with several cars spinning out, making it hard to put down clean laps. Ryder worked with what he had and still locked in a strong 5th place starting spot in the A-Main.

Unfortunately the main event went sideways fast. A spin in Turn 2 caused a chain reaction — cars went left and right to avoid it, and one came straight into Ryder’s path with nowhere for him to go. He got collected and hit the wall, ending his night before the first lap was even complete.

Still proud of this kid. The confidence and aggressiveness he’s showing is exactly what we want to see — he’s going after it more and more every week. We’ll get the car fixed up with the help of Neal Cantor and come back swinging next week for the final round of the Summer Shootout!
