This is a super program to prep for our races or whatever open water/triathlons on your ‘24 calendar!

Here it is! Launching Find Your Freestyle 🚀 Hi! I’m Doug Miller, owner of Miller Swimming here in Charlotte, North Carolina. I’ve been swimming and coaching most of my life, and I work with athletes just like you every day. That’s why I’m excited to introduce my new course, “Find Your Freestyle.” 🔗 *LINK IN BIO* 🔗 Do you want to feel more confident in the water? Learn something new? Maybe even try your first triathlon? This is the place to start. I’ve laid out an efficient, step by step process that will get you results in 8 weeks. There are video demonstrations of all key points, explained in everyday language that is easy to follow. What also sets this course apart is the training component. You’ll come away with a personalized plan to help you become a more efficient and powerful swimmer. If you ever have questions, just ask! You can email me or even set up a call at no extra cost. Gratifying to see the positive reviews rolling in for our O'CRUD marathon swim! This is a new effort by the Marathon Swimmers Federation to bring accountability to the world of marathon swimming. Charlotte Open Water Championships Volunteers Support open water swimming in Charlotte! We're looking for volunteers who can help on water or land the Charlotte Open Water Champs on Sat., Oct. 8. You'll need to arrive at 7 a.m. Race starts at 8 a.m, with the first finishers taking about one hour to swim the course. We'll take care of equipping....

Happy Holidays!

I wanted to express my gratitude to everyone who made our 2021 events such a success. This was the first year of the full, three-race schedule that I had envisioned for Charlotte - and for all of us who love open water swimming so much.

I'm excited to share our event schedule for 2022. Registration sites will be up by Jan. 1. But I wanted to share with you so you can pencil us in on your 2021 race calendar!

2022 Charlotte Open Water Swim Series:

- Mt. Holly Mile! (1 mile) Sat., July 9
- Charlotte Open Water Championships (2.7 mile) Sat., Oct. 1
