The definition of Pardomas is "Reflection." Our new tag line of #bepardomas is a call to action for everyone.

It means to join our Pardomas fitness community and culture that we are creating in order to inspire, motivate, and educate others. It's also a call to action for each of you to be your own reflection. Honor who YOU are, your goals, and the journey you embark on to achieve them. Every person is different--different goals and a different story to tell. We encourage you to reflect that, and be ONE with us...aka #bepardomas.
