Eagle Rock was formed by Ken Loeber in 2013 as a way to provide ongoing support to clients after his 26 years of service originating and running the global Project and Development Services businesses at the Trammell Crow Company and CBRE. Eagle Rock’s principals are directly connected to, and involved, with every project. In our past careers, we were fortunate to be senior leaders of the largest real estate services companies in the world. However, our senior leadership positions left us 3 to 4 layers away from our clients and the detailed execution of the work. This hurt our ability to deepen the value we could bring these clients, our friends, and frankly was not as fun as it is now.
