From the first pitch to the last out, the energy has been amazing. The smiles, the competition, the sportsmanship, and the memories being made across the fields are exactly what Summer Nationals is all about. Seeing players, coaches, and families enjoying every moment makes all the hard work worth it!
Robin has one important reminder for everyone: Stay hydrated! 💧 With the summer heat, make sure you’re drinking plenty of water, taking breaks when you can, and looking out for your teammates.
Thank you to every team, family, umpire, volunteer, and staff member for making this event so special. Let’s keep the momentum going and finish the week strong!

When you see the excitement on the fields, the smiles during awards, and the unforgettable memories being made at Summer Nationals, there’s one person working tirelessly behind the scenes to help make it all happen… Robin Phillips.
As our National Director of Softball, Robin wears more hats than anyone could count. From sunrise to long after the last game ends, she’s making sure schedules run smoothly, staff has what they need, coaches are taken care of, and every player has the best experience possible.
The amazing thing about Robin? She’ll never tell you any of that.
Instead, she’ll point to her incredible staff, thank the parks, praise the umpires, and give credit to everyone around her. That’s just who she is.
To so many of us, Robin is far more than a director or a boss. She’s a friend, a mentor, and someone who genuinely cares about every person she meets. She checks on everyone, solves problems before most people even know they exist, and somehow still finds time to celebrate the athletes who make this week so special.
Summer Nationals wouldn’t be what it is without the heart, passion, and dedication you pour into it every single year.
Robin, thank you for leading with humility, serving with love, and giving everything you have to this game and the families who trust Top Gun Sports to create lifelong memories.

🚨 SUMMER NATIONALS WEATHER UPDATE 🚨
We know many of you have been watching the forecast, and we want you to know—we’ve been watching it too. 🌦️
Our Top Gun Sports staff is actively monitoring weather conditions and staying in constant communication with our tournament directors, facility partners, and local officials to ensure the best experience possible for every team.
✅ At this time, there are NO changes to this weekend’s Summer Nationals schedule.
We’re excited to welcome hundreds of teams to Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach for an incredible weekend of baseball and softball. While the weather may change, our commitment to providing a safe, organized, and unforgettable event never does.

☀️⚾ Another incredible day at the Top Gun Sports Summer Nationals!
The heat has definitely been turned up here in the Grand Strand, but that hasn’t slowed down the excitement one bit! Teams continue to battle it out on the diamond, families are filling the stands, and kids are doing what they love most—playing the game.
A huge thank you to Woody Hinson, Director of Loris Parks & Recreation, for taking a few minutes to share his thoughts on the tournament. Woody talked about the great day of baseball, the hot South Carolina weather, and most importantly, seeing so many athletes having an absolute blast competing.
His words mean a lot to us when he says that Top Gun Sports is a top-notch company. We’re grateful for amazing partners like Loris Parks & Recreation who help make events like the Summer Nationals possible.

🏆 Congratulations to Declan Murphy of the Carteret Stingrays 12U on crushing his first-ever Grand Slam at the Top Gun Summer Nationals in Myrtle Beach!
Not only was it his first career grand slam—it was an absolute OUT-OF-THE-PARK blast! 🚀⚾ The excitement from his teammates, coaches, family, and fans made it a moment no one will forget.
