If you love 🥑 and a kick of heat, add this recipe to your to-do list 🏷️ Perfect with fresh veggies or Susan's Protein Parmesan Crackers! Ingredients: 1 can garbanzos or white beans, drained 1 medium avocado 3 TBSP lime juice 2 garlic cloves 3/4 tsp salt 1 TBSP olive oil 1 tsp cumin 1/2 cup cilantro leaves (optional) or arugula or spinach 1-2 tsp hot sauce of choice, such as Cholula or Tapatio (optional) Fiber: 2 Herbalife Nutrition Simply Probiotic (alternative: 4 g MicroBiotic Max EMEA) Instructions: Drain garbanzo beans. Place into processor. Scoop one medium, ripe avocado into processor. Add lime juice, then olive oil, then coarsely chopped garlic. Add salt, then cumin, then cilantro (or greens). Add hot sauce (optional). Add Simply Probiotic or Microbiotic Max (optional). Pour everything in a blender or food processor and mix well. World Chocolate Day calls for these vegan treats! 🍫 Ingredients: •2 cups mashed overripe bananas (about 6 medium) •1 cup crunchy peanut butter (use almond or cashew butter for paleo/low-carb) •1/2 cup (67g) Herbalife Nutrition Tri Blend Select Coffee Caramel* •1/4 cup cocoa Instructions: 1. Pre-heat oven to 375° F / 190° C. Line a small 8x8 oven tray or 8’’ skillet grease well. Set aside. 2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas, peanut butter, whisk until fully combined. Stir in Tri Blend Select and cocoa powder with a wooden spoon. 3. Pour batter into a greased pan. Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through. 4. Cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting. Cover the leftovers and store in the fridge for up to 3 days. 5.
