After two years of planning, plotting, purging, prepping and packing, I am very blessed to be able to start a new life chapter in Charlotte, North Carolina. 🏡

Back in the east coast time zone, and now able to more easily connect with my family and friends, while striving for a simpler and fulfilling life. 💫

To everyone near and far who encouraged, supported and helped me to execute this big decision and cross-country move, I am forever grateful. 🙏

The gym. It’s been a minute, my trusted friend. I missed you. Had to step away for a holiday or two to take care of some business, get my head straight and reprioritize some goals. Self-care should always be at the top of that list. The gym never disappoints. Feels great to be back and centered. 💪🏻🏋️💁‍♀️🙏💫
