Products and tools for women ready to take up space.

This only the second time I’ve spent my vacation in a million dollar property.

Both times it’s challenged me to think differently. More expansively.

I’m Raising My Standards as I help you raise yours.

There is no respect of persons with God.

For weeks now I’ve been consistently, confessing prosperity, health, joy, spiritual enrichment. It’s all coming.

I am in tune with the God’s universe and I’m ready to accept my blessings 🙏🏾

How about you?

Four years ago today—July 30, 2022—I woke up as a full-time entrepreneur. 👏🏾

My Lord, what a ride it’s been.

I almost missed this milestone and because I didn’t, I’m doing something I rarely do: pause to celebrate myself.

Over the past four years, I have:

✅Secured dozens of contracts
✅Coached and developed executive leaders across corporate, nonprofit, government, and education sectors
✅Curated and facilitated dynamic workshops and delivered speaking engagements
✅Authored a book, Radical Belief: A 40-Day Devotional
✅Launched and grown an amazing product line
✅Begun building my intellectual property portfolio
✅Created my own proprietary assessment
✅Became a Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women Alumn
✅Launched a half dozen communities—and two of them actually did very well 😂
✅Launched over a dozen initiatives
✅Built a business and brand rooted in purpose, relationships, and meaningful work
✅Kept going through grief, caregiving, uncertainty, and more than a few moments when quitting would have been easier

And there is still so much more I could name.

Here’s what I’ve learned:

Entrepreneurship is no joke. Like, seriously.

I am definitely NOT built to do just one thing. I finally—finally—accept that.

There is real reciprocity in this space. People will ride hard for you when you have consistently ridden hard for them.

Not everything works, but nothing is wasted. Every contract, idea, launch, mistake, and detour has taught me something.

And, I’ve got about three more years of this before I’m out. 😂 I still have a few things I would like to accomplish first.

Thank you to every single person who has hired me, referred me, encouraged me, prayed for me, purchased from me, partnered with me, or supported me along the way. ❤️

Attached are a few throwback highlights.

Four years down.

My legacy is loading 🙌🏾 Let’s go!

10 ways billionaires use their networks and you can too:

1. They get information before it becomes widely available.

2. They gain access to opportunities that are never publicly advertised.

3. They borrow credibility.

4. They reach decision-makers directly.

5. They assemble exceptional talent quickly.

6. They solve problems through targeted calls and outreach.

7. They create partnerships that multiply resources.

8. They shape conversations by elevating issues and ideas.

9. They use trusted peers as informal advisory boards.

10. They maintain relationships before they need anything.

None of these approaches require billionaire assets yet every one of them are necessary to achieve any level of success.

Which one stands out to you?

I try to start my mornings with Radical Belief.

This morning's declaration was what I needed:

"Today, I completely let go and let God lead."

If I'm being real, there are a few things I'd rather manage myself.

The timeline.
The outcome.
The details.

But faith has a way of reminding us that God's job is to lead and our job is to trust.

So today, I'm practicing letting go.

What would it look like for you to let go and let God lead? 💜

It's circa 1992 and I'm holding my firstborn.

Shortly after she arrived, I gave my life to Christ and never looked back.

Since that time I've had many highs and lows. But the one constant was — and is — God.

Through divorce. Single parenting. Jacked-up cars. Bankruptcy. Depression. Fear. And loneliness.

He's been there.

Through promotions, advancements, and now business ownership.

He's been there.

This morning a Darryl Coley classic was on my heart.

🎶 He's preparing me for something I can't handle right now. He's making me ready just because He cares 🎶

That's the word I needed to hear today. And maybe you need it too.

Because the answer isn't always obvious. The time isn't always now.

And what looks like a detour is often the preparation.

Every hard season I've lived through wasn't happening to me.

It was happening for me. Building something in me logic couldn't explain.

I call it Radical Belief.

The kind of belief that moves before it makes sense.

Faith that drives 144 miles a day to a "temporary" job.

Faith that goes back to school at thirty-three with five children watching.

Faith that brings ministry to the marketplace in an unconventional way.

That faith is a lifestyle.

And that lifestyle became a book.

Radical Belief is 40 days for the woman who has been through enough to know God is real and needs a gentle reminder her story isn't finished.

It's available now at radicalbelief.com.

The woman God is preparing you to become? She's waiting on you.

You know what feels amazing to me right now?

Having the ability to gift Radical Belief, my 40 day devotional, to someone needing encouragement

When they don’t have the funds.

God didn’t give you a business, gifts, or talents to simply profit from them.

God gave you a business, gifts, or talents to:

Be a light in this world.
Bring hope to those who are hopeless.
Bless another human just because.

Are you being a good steward of what God’s given you?

I think we can all do better.

I’m a momma of five 💜

When I tell you it’s hard to get everyone in one photo 😩

I am so grateful to have their hugs and kisses today.

The house was straight chaos when you throw in 3 grand babies and a 98 year old 😂

But I wouldn’t trade it.

I hope you had an amazing day ladies.

Happy Mother’s Day 💐

Y'all. I'm sitting in Charlotte with happy tears 🥹

My sister and brother-in-love set up a Radical Belief pop-up shop in Texas this morning and they SOLD OUT. 🙌🏾

I wasn't there. I coached them through it by phone — Shopify, the books, the whole setup.

And they showed OUT.

God opened this door. But only I could figure out how to walk through it.

It reminded me, everything doesn't have to be me.

We don't have to walk through every door alone.

Who else can help carry your vision forward?

I'm excited. I'm grateful. And I'm just getting started.

Thanks big sissy ❤️
