October + Annual Fall Fling! Our Fall Fling + Open House is this weekend (ALL are welcome!), plus - upcoming seasonal Yoga + Ayurveda workshop with Rachael in a couple weeks!
Listening to my playlist for Empower Flow at On Track Yoga. I said "reggae and play" with the intention of doing handstand prep and strenghtening poses, but I'm seriously concerned about the class turning into a dancy party.....Okay, not really concerned, more like excited--one way or another, we're gonna turn power flow on its head. Hey, y'all--I'm planning some workshops to fit into a series I'm calling "beyond asana" that will happen at On Track Yoga. I want to incorporate breathwork, meditation, ayurveda....Help me plan. What questions do you have???
