Attention wrestlers, coaches and parents,

Concord Wrestling Club will be starting summer workouts tomorrow: June 14th from 6:00-7:30. I have attached a calendar that will the dates and times. Tuesdays and Thursdays will be Club practice times. However, on Mondays and Wednesdays Coach Fowlie will be in the wrestling room. Please be sure to check the Concord Wrestling Club page for upcoming events and day by day schedules. Practice will be held in the new wrestling room at Concord High School, located at 481 Burrage rd Concord, NC.

Our mission is to develop and mentor youth through the sport of wrestling. By introducing youth to this sport and providing more experienced wrestlers, this team will receive top coaching as well as intensive training. In doing so, we hope to help the wrestlers develop a sense of dedication, hard work, responsibility and accountability for those who chose to join us at Concord Wrestling Club. No one will be turned away due to age, ability or gender. Also there is no club cost or fees. The only requirement we ask is for you to acquire a USA wrestling card which will cover your wrestlers insurance and will gain them admittance to any of the off season tournaments. Wrestlers decide now how good you want to be in the fall! We have about 10 who are working hard and improving there technique and getting strong in the weight room.No excuses ! Coach Fowlie and Coach Torrence are at the wrestling room Tuesday and Thursday at 5PM to open up .Come by early and perfect your technique. Normal practice times are still Tuesday and Thursday 6-730. Also if you are not lifting with another sport make sure to get with Coach Fowlie throughout the week and get in his strong man lift.See you tonight!!!!

Great practice tonight guys! We had a lot of new faces and a lot of raw talent in the room. Please make sure everyone is getting there USA wrestling cards this weekend . Also we will be holding open mat this Saturday 4/11/15 from 10-11:30AM . As always everybody is welcome.
