Open to anyone age 14+. Attendees will work up a sweat while learning how to Get Home Safely in the face of danger.

The Get Home Safe Seminar is designed with the goal of helping families learn the essential for staying safe in an ever-evolving society.
The wokrshop is 60 minutes long and will consist of a warm-up, teaching, and demonstration of realistic threats and practical defenses against them, followed by training. Questions are encouraged throughout and there will be a Q and A section at the end of each session.
