Charlotte Fit Fam (CLTFitFam) welcomes all to work hard together, sweat together and maybe enjoy delicious beer together. Come early and stay late!

We meet every Thursday at 6pm at The Unknown Brewery on South Mint Street in Uptown Charlotte. We welcome everyone and anyone, no matter your ability or fitness experience level! We start as a family, we end as a family! The class is FREE to all! Coaches Sydney and Matt, will lead you through an hour long workout with your new fitness family! We recommend bringing a water bottle, an old yoga mat and excitement for a fitness adventure!
