The current seminar series, Hard Ready®, is a 3 day seminar series designed to present a small part of the larger puzzle that makes up martial arts, self defense, and the prominent role of emotional toughness. The Hard Ready concept began as a program run within training centers in Charlotte and Gastonia, NC. The 12 week Hard Ready® program design is rooted in a progressively more demanding exercise regiment-no equipment required-as well as a progressive diet model that empowers each participant to eradicate potential roadblocks on their respective way (s) to self sovereignty. The core principal of the program revolves around the imperative of emotional (as opposed to) the often referred to "mental" toughness. Brain capacity is not necessarily challenged in bad situations, but emotional hardiness is where battles of all kinds are lost and won.
