No practice today March 7th

Guys. March 13th is the new date for the winter awards ceremony. It will be in the auditorium at 6:30. This is for all indoor athletes to attend. Guys wear a shirt and tie and ladies please no blue jeans. Something dressy.

Practice will go 3:30-4:30 today due to the soccer game in the stadium. Meet tomorrow at Weddington. Leave at 2. Meet starts at 3:45

Hey guys. We will not have practice today March 1st due to the weather. Our practice was only going to be an hour long. Next week we should have a clear week. Monday we will meet prep the entire day and ice bath. Tuesday March 5th we have our first meet at Weddington. First event goes off at 3:45.

Tomorrow’s meet at Marvin Ridge has been moved to Wednesday due to weather. Same time 3:45. We will have practice tomorrow at the track.
