It might make some uncomfortable and it’s not for everyone family, but for those who enroll their children in Infant Swimming Resource lessons, those children learn self-rescue (life-saving) skills. They may be “uncomfortable” as Granger Smith said, but we make our kids do lots of things for their safety that make them uncomfortable (brushing their teeth, eating healthy foods, buckling them into a car seat). To find an instructor near you, visit infantswim.com.
