One More Tryout!! Southern Heat in Mint Hill is having one more tryout date on December 12th at 10am at Mint Hill Athletic Association on Brief road. Coach is building a strong 12u team that will start winter workouts in January. Pitchers and catchers of course are premium but all positions considered. Missing softball yet? Here’s a little throw back of an international tie break play Coach Pat called. Ended up losing the next inning, but as you can hear the park really enjoyed it. Good job Carly on the pump fake.

Proud of everyone of the girls on the team. Ended the season on a 10 game unbeaten streak. They all worked hard and the efforts showed. Every week people asked, “where are you from and where did you come from “. We had fun and won a lot of games. We will be back next year, when everyone is going to ask,

Heat showed up this weekend! 5-0 and allowed only 2 runs. Took the championship game 4-2.

Girls balled out today, went 3-0 and out scored the competition 31-0. Back at it tomorrow at 11:30.
