has finished his quest through the VA wilderness. I would try to type up something but it’s probably best to hear it from the man himself!
: “Well I’m home and finally dry! No cool views but MacAfees was too cool to not post again. Yesterday was full of rain and cool Herps. Including this Red Salamander and huge black snake. Also a rare Red Spruce was a cool surprise.”

Day 2-3 of ‘s backpacking trip!

Day 2 started off with a beautiful sunrise at McAfees K**b, followed by some well deserved downhill mileage. Had to go right back up to get to Dragons Tooth though. Tonight he’s setting up camp at the Eastern Divide with his orange friend. As I’m sitting here writing this in my air conditioned apartment, I’m certainly not jealous of how brutally hot and humid it’s been out there this week. Keep it up, Berman!
