Hey everyone this my at home 30 Day Fitness Challenge List. - 1000 jump rope
- 100 squats
- 100 push-ups - 100 dumbbell bicep curls
- 100 dumbbell tricep extension - 100 dumbbell deadlifts
- 100 dumbbell shoulder lateral raise
- 100 dumbbell shoulder press
- 100 crunches
- 100 leg raises
- 100 bar twists
- 30 min run
- 60 min walk

208 cals, 23 grams of protein, 10 grams of fat, zero carb. Healthy breakfast, for losing weight ( fats) and maintain muscles πͺπ½ Ground beef with baby onions, jalapeΓ±os, tomato, arugula and spinach with a fried egg in a cauliflower egg wrap. Deeeelicioussss! Of course Max is looking at me like βare you gonna share if I sit here real patient?β Sorry, Max, this ones not on your diet. Lol. π
