Transparency Moment: Posting is extremely hard for me. Knowing that I’m being “seen” gives me unreasonably high anxiety, and afterwards, I just retreat back within myself. But... there are 3 things making this video has taught me:

1. The mind can be a terrible place to reside IF you don’t control your way of thinking.

2. Anxiety can be your body’s physical and mental response to it’s desire for change.. better yet.. GROWTH.

3. Exercise is my medicine.

So, here’s to growth 🌱, conquering the mind 🧠, and continuing to put myself out there✨. Cause uh, yeah, y’all needed to see this😂💪🏾
