Not 1 part of me wanted to take or post these.

Another drop in calories the beginning of this week + PMSing

I am exhausted, I feel weak, I’m not sleeping well and I’m for sure not recovering well.

I know this week of the month is the hardest for me on all fronts but ESPECIALLY when I’m cutting 😅

I know my body, I know this is normal for me and I know this is not indicative that I’m doing something wrong.

I hope this reaches someone who needs it!

WHAT I EAT IN A DAY: week 1 of my deficit!

I posted this on my stories yesterday so here she is!

I tried to break it down into what macros the foods primarily hold!

This is just for help/ ideas not for you to copy exactly! I didn’t put my macros or the macros per meal this time but know that if you eat exactly like me or anyone else you will not look like them!

I’ll try and do these every once in a while, but tbh they don’t change much 😂

Why are you trying to be smaller?

Are you trying to look like the people you follow on Instagram?

Are you trying to succumb to what society says is “pretty” for a female?

Are you trying to be more attractive for other people? To fit in?

I’m not saying weight loss is bad. It’s necessary for a lot of Americans.

You don’t have to want to be smaller to lose weight though.

Take up space, fight for your right to be healthy.

Eat because you love your body.

Lift weights because it’s bad a$s and good for your longevity.

Stop trying to be the smallest version of you, it’s not the healthiest.

Change this mindset and you’ll change your life.
