ATTENTION SOFTBALL FAMILIES - IMPORTANT
Lead Your Journey - Mentor. Lead. Develop INFORMATION.
Over the last few years, Lead Your Journey has grown into something much bigger than I ever imagined, and it's because of the families who have trusted us to be part of their journey. As the game continues to evolve, so do the needs of our players, parents, and coaches. Instead of making small improvements, we've decided to completely rethink how we deliver our program.
Beginning in mid-August, we're launching a completely revamped Lead Your Journey experience.
One of the biggest additions is JoJo Mulholland joining our team as our Player Development Coordinator. JoJo played Division I softball at Ball State and Florida Atlantic, and she's going to play a major role in helping develop our athletes. Her focus won't be limited to one area. She'll be working with players on total athlete development, including athletic performance, leadership, confidence, communication, preparation, routines, accountability, competing at a high level, and understanding what it truly takes to become a college athlete. She'll bring a current player's perspective that complements everything we're already doing.
This is only the beginning. My vision is to continue bringing in former college players, female coaches, and experts from different areas of the game so our athletes have multiple mentors they can learn from throughout the year.
While JoJo focuses heavily on athlete development, I'll continue leading what has always been the heart of Lead Your Journey: helping develop the entire family.
Parents are going to have an entirely new experience. We're creating a dedicated parent community where they'll receive ongoing education about recruiting, communicating with coaches, navigating travel ball, supporting their athletes, leadership at home, academics, expectations, and everything that comes with raising a student-athlete. Parents shouldn't have to figure this journey out alone.
Coaches will also have their own community. We'll be providing leadership guidance, culture development, communication strategies, practice ideas, recruiting education, and resources to help coaches build stronger programs and better relationships with their players and families.
Everything will now be housed inside our new Circle community. Instead of information being spread across Facebook posts, emails, text messages, Zoom calls, and videos, everything will be organized in one place. Players, parents, and coaches will each have their own space to ask questions, learn, connect, and grow together.
We're also building an entire library of online courses. Life gets busy, and not everyone can make every live session. Now you'll have access to professional video lessons whenever it fits your schedule. These courses will feature instruction from me, JoJo, college coaches, former college athletes, recruiting experts, and other guest instructors covering leadership, recruiting, confidence, athletic development, communication, parent education, coach education, and much more.
One of the things I'm most excited about is our new monthly Mastermind Series. Every month we'll bring our community together with special guests that can help our families grow. We'll have college coaches, former college athletes, recruiting coordinators, strength coaches, sports psychologists, nutrition experts, and leaders from inside and outside the game. These won't just be presentations.
They'll be conversations where families can ask questions, learn from experienced professionals, and build relationships that continue long after the session ends.
As the recruiting landscape continues to change, we're also placing an even greater emphasis on our 14U, 16U, and 18U athletes. Recruiting today looks very different than it did even a few years ago.
We'll be spending more time teaching athletes how to communicate with college coaches, build relationships, understand recruiting timelines, prepare for visits, develop their personal brand, navigate NIL opportunities, understand the transfer portal, and prepare for life after high school softball. Getting recruited is important, but preparing for everything that comes after is even more important.
Most importantly, we're making all of this more affordable. We want more families to have access to quality education, mentorship, and resources without breaking the bank. Full access to the Lead Your Journey community, online courses, monthly Mastermind sessions, player development, parent education, and coach development will now start at just $35 per month.
We are building a community that grows with you. Whether your daughter is just getting started or she's preparing for college softball, we want to be there every step of the way. We want parents to feel confident, coaches to feel supported, and athletes to become better players, better leaders, and better people.
Thank you to every family that has believed in what we're building.
Your trust means everything to us, and we're incredibly excited about what's coming next.
The best is still ahead.
Better You. Better Them.
Lead Your Journey.
