2022:
-175 lbs
-still fit but had a tough time improving strength or seeing body changes

getting his butt whooped by some unstable Bulgarian split squats with a 3 second iso hold at the bottom. Working on total joint control throughout the leg while maintaining time under tension in the quad. Single leg allows Alex to improve dynamic control of his core as well.
