I see movement … when we become aware we can consciously influence the direction of that movement in our lives …. My mentor, PK Langley says that “We live what we learned until we unlearn what we lived.”
Through this process of healing we wake up and are able to take the helm as we navigate the seas of our lives. I truly love watching the light come on in individuals eyes in a session or because of a session we had. I’m humbled and honored to be a ripple in their pond of life.
