Looking better or being more aesthetic is only 1 of the benefits of working out 💪🏽 . Another great reason is the health benefits you receive from it! Yeah of course having “big guns” or a 6 PAC is great, but it’s not all you’ll get...

Studies 📚have shown the earlier you start taking care of your body the fewer health problems you are likely to encounter in the future🙅🏾♀️, scientific studies have PROVEN regular exercise and a well rounded healthy diet to be one of the defining factors of our health as we age.

As dads, we take our roles as protectors and providers very seriously. Often, this can become a detriment to our health, but it doesn’t have to be.
In fact, to be the best father, husband, wrestling 🤼♀️ partner, chauffeur, cheerleader 📣 , and flat tire repairman we can be, we need to prioritize becoming physically and mentally fit dads.
It’s a blessing to be alive and healthy. Don’t take it for granted.

Work, fitness, and life in general are just like the stairs in this photo; you take steps one at a time 📶. Keep your vision, know your dream 🙌🏿and envision it. Even though we can’t predict exactly where we will end, we keep taking steps and we keep climbing and eventually when you look around you will be on top of everything you’ve hoped for. Keep pushing Troop.
