I don’t know about you but I got tired of looking at others wishing I was fit and not skinny.. Contact me if you feel the same way and we’ll start ASAP!
The Power of Consistency- I had the roughest workout I’ve had all year today due to the fact that I haven’t been in the gym in about 3 weeks with life getting in the way. It’s days like today that matter where you say enough is enough; I’m getting back in the gym no matter how I’m feeling right now, no matter what I’m going through right now.
Guys this thing is mental, it’s a mental battle you have to fight with yourself..
Mentality is everything.. best way to stay motivated it’s to just go.. for one more day, don’t quit for one more day, push yourself just one more day. Sweat just one more day, sacrifice just one more day.
 If they stand behind you give them protection, if they stand beside you give them respect, if they stand against you show them no Mercy!!!
