Great meet coming to Savanah, GA this weekend!

Nebobarbell's trio came up big at the Arnold! Pictured here are Sammy Santes, Melissa Smith, and Katy Silvers...Melissa captured Best Lifter honors as well as climbing her way up the Masters All-time leader board. Her results now have her ranked 2nd All-time for squat, 1st All-time for bench and 2nd for total!! Sammy earned 1st place in SHW raw posting a 1945 total, and Katy placed 1st in both the Open and Masters 1 division! Congratulations!!!
