I want to dedicate this moment to @louiseredwine
We met through our beloved friend @mailmanbryan (Thank you so much for it!)

We started to work out in August last year. Since then, she can tell you about some accomplishments and "firsts." To name a few, she lost nearly 15 lbs, deadlifted 100 lbs, decreased joint inflammation, and we've significantly improved calf pain that bothers her on incline walks. Since August it’s so much better- and prior to our work, it was suggested she get surgery! And the last significant result came from lab tests; she is no longer pre-diabetic!

It can sound like nothing for some people and, for others, a lot. The thing is, there's no secret YOU HAVE TO DO IT; it takes time. And this woman gets the job done! Not only talking about the workouts, but I admire her as a human being, and I feel blessed to have a few hours with her every week. She is the kind of person that, with her rationality and emotions, will make you feel good about yourself and always strive for your best, even in the worst times. And I have to tell you, in 4 months, we had plenty of good and bad moments, and she proved her resilience over and over.
