5. Overcoming Constant Failure and Disappointment

If you feel like you take one step forward and two steps back, or that a "glass ceiling" limits your life: Deuteronomy 28:13, Romans 8:37
Proverbs 24:16: " The godly may trip seven times, but they will get up again. But one disaster is enough to overthrow the wicked.” This scripture means that being a good or godly person does not mean you will never fail, make mistakes, or face hard times. Instead, true character is shown by getting back up with God's help every time you are knocked down.

5. Pray the Verse Back to God
• Turn Truth into Prayer: Use the scripture as your conversational talking points with God.
• Thank Him Early: Thank Him for performing that specific word in your life before you even see the physical evidence.
• Rest in It: End your meditation session in silence, allowing the peace of that specific promise to settle over your emotions.

You Don't Have to Heal Alone

God often brings healing through people who reflect His love.
